I know therapy can be very daunting to consider…

Finding a therapist who understands this feeling and will gently work with you to achieve your goals is vital.

Finding a therapist that will work with you to develop trust in them, that when you enter each session, you know that you will be in a safe place where you can learn to trust yourself and understand your experience.

Through solid values of caring, curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, I will help you feel heard and seen.

I practice experiential therapy; this treatment style teaches how to understand and process your experiences; it can show you that all emotions have a purpose and can be accepted. It also teaches you to understand your perceptions and experience with feelings and thoughts.

Counselors near me, therapist near me, trauma therapist near me, EMDR, internal family systems, mindfulness therapists, DBT therapists near me, PTSD therapists near me, Trauma-Informed therapists near me, GLBTQIIA affirming, IFS, dissociation therapy

Ultimately, you will learn how to work with your emotions and thoughts, so they benefit you.
